The world-renowned Gravity Training System (GTS) offers group strength training with the same benefits you receive from spending hours in the weight room. It's time-efficient, effective and scientifically sound.
In just 45-minute class sessions, the GTS targets a multitude of health and fitness goals, from muscular hypertrophy, toning and weight loss to joint and muscular rehabilitation and improvement of athletic performance. Using your own bodyweight as resistance, its cable and pulley system has a free-motion glideboard that adjusts to nine different levels as you advance.

| $25/class. Discount for package purchase. Total body workout for groups of 4 participants utilizing the GTS system. Each participant works at his/her chosen level of resistance, while enjoying the challenge and camaraderie of a group setting. This program is choreographed to music.
Intro to Gravity - 30min free - Review the basic principles of the GTS system. Learn how to safely participate in Gravity Group programs and feel the power of Gravity Strength and Conditioning. |

| Gravity Personal Training | 60 minutes |
| $60/class. Can be split between two clients. Strength and conditioning program utilizing the GTS system. You can participate individually or with a friend. This customized workout will be delivered by a personal trainer with advanced knowledge of the gravity system. Two person maximum is allowed for this class. | |
