At db Orthopedic Physical Therapy, the goal is to always continue to sound fitness program to help maintain your optimum health, whether or not you have undergone a course of Physical Therapy treatment. So, the Gravity Training System (GTS) at db Orthopedic Physical Therapy is available to anyone interested in small group strength-training using just one apparatus. With the GTS equipment and the small group format led by a skilled Athletic Trainer, it's easy to customize your workout to help you achieve your desired results.
Gravity Fitness is a 45-minute, high-intensity workout combining cardio and strength-training on a machine that uses body weight as resistance. The program targets a multitude of health and fitness goals, from muscular hypertrophy, toning and weight loss to joint and muscular rehabilitation and improvement of athletic performance.
You can take a Gravity class with a small group, or you can arrange for individualized, one-on-one Gravity classes in a personal training setting.
