Unless Congress acts before March 31, 2014, the monetary cap for outpatient physical therapy services will cap at $1900/year.  Currently there is a mechanism to go beyond that keep depending on need and medical necessity.  Unless Congress acts soon, that option will be eliminated and Medicare beneficiaries will lose this benefit.  Act now by reading the action plan below!

David Bertone, PT, DPT, OCS has been appointed an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers, The State University of  New Jersey’s Doctoral Physical Therapy program in the Department of Rehabilitation and Movement Sciences. He will be teaching a course in Concussion Management to the physical therapy students.
